Your Path to Creative & Spiritual Nourishment
We all want to spend more time exploring and enriching our creativity, connecting to our sense of self, and doing so amongst a rich and vibrant community of inspired souls on the same journey.
The problem is, life has a habit of getting in the way. We're all busy, and sometimes it's hard to prioritize what matters most.
But the truth of it is, if you're not making time and space in your life to engage with your creativity and spiritual needs, you're not living up to your human potential.
At Salt House, we live by the principle that every breathing human on this planet is a creative being.
Our mission is to support and empower your own journey as an artist, so that you can create freely and wildly, discover and know your true self, and live the life you want to live.
This is not about having "artistic talent".
This is about finding, trusting, and nurturing your artist within.
This mission of this community is to help you feel more connected to yourself.
We are currently focused on meditation throughout the spring season. I have recently completed a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat and I am now sharing the many benefits I have received as I write my first book. I email the group every Sunday sharing tips, support, and instruction and I am currently doing one live training workshop in our Facebook group monthly. You are always free and encouraged to ask me questions in this group as you begin or continue on your journey.
As a member, you will also receive access to our suite of digital courses and masterclasses (view them here) and our private community on Facebook, where we connect regularly through live workshops and curated posts like our weekly "Share-Your-Wins" thread.
By signing up to be a part of our community below, you will be charged $19 per month. You are never locked into anything, and can cancel your membership from your dashboard at any time.
I'm Sarah Ashley, and I am the founder of Salt House. I created the Inner Muse program and philosophy because I, perhaps like you, at one point did not believe I was creative. Since then, creativity has healed me and allowed me to find my true self. Now, it's my mission to share this gift with you.
